Tips
for Safe School Bus Riding
1.
Leave home early enough to arrive at your bus stop.
2.
Wait for your bus in a safe place-well away from the road.
3.
Enter the bus in an orderly manner and take your seat.
4.
Follow all the instructions of your school bus driver.
5.
Stay in your seat while the bus in moving.
6.
Keep your arms and head in the bus at all times.
7.
Keep the aisles clear of books, knapsacks.
8.
Please be quiet and orderly.
9.
Be courteous to your school bus driver and fellow students.
10.
Be alert to traffic when leaving the bus.
11.
Walk to your bus stop-avoid asking your parents to drive you there.
To the Parents
Please discuss the safety tips with
your children. Your children should
understand that riding the bus is a privilege. Permission
to continue can be withdrawn.
